On August 16 we launched our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Nyungar Elder Neville Collard opened with a Welcome to Country and we were joined by Reconciliation WA, Development WA and Nani Creative sharing a morning tea by All Good Grub catering.

The RAP recognises the opportunities IWA has to contribute to reconciliation in the workplace, but also within the environment in which it operates. It clearly sets out the steps to be taken to prepare for reconciliation and is aligned with the agency’s corporate values.

We are proud to share IWA's Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan which formalises our commitment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and reconciliation.

Infrastructure WA (IWA) has welcomed the WA Government’s response to Western Australia’s first ever State Infrastructure Strategy (Strategy), Foundations for a Stronger Tomorrow, released today.

The WA Government has widely supported the Strategy prepared by IWA, with 98% of the 93 recommendations supported in full, part or in principle.

Infrastructure WA (IWA) is pleased to announce Hon Jay Weatherill AO and Dr Richard Walley OAM as new members appointed to the Board and the reappointment of existing Board member Mr Peter Woronzow.

Terms of appointment to run until 31 December 2027.

IWA would also like to thank outgoing members, Ms Andrea Sutton and Mr Wayne Zekulich, who were both appointed in 2019 as part of the inaugural Board.
