For partially supported recommendations, can IWA confirm the WA Government has supported the sub recommendations where it makes no further comment?

This is correct, where the response partially supports a recommendation and makes no further comment in relation to a sub recommendation then IWA understands based on the wording in the WA Government Response that it is considered supported.
